River cruise operated by AmaWaterways.
Vietnam land tours are limited to 28 travelers. River cruise and Cambodia land tour maximums dependent on space available.

Tour includes hotel/boat accommodations, regional airline flight between Hanoi and Siem Reap, museum and archaeological site entrance fees, cooking class, group activities, group transportation, meals as specified, fast track arrival service, suitcase storage in Hanoi, three-day Angkor Wat pass and gratuities for hotel bellmen and housekeeping.

Tour rate does not include AmaWaterways river cruise fare, international airfare, airport transfers, Cambodia or Vietnam entry visas, gratuities for local guides and bus drivers or travel insurance.

General Booking Information

Land Tour Deposit
Receipt of your tour registration form and non-refundable tour deposit secures each space on this tour. Trip is confirmed with a minimum of 16 travelers. Please submit your tour deposit payable to HNL Travel Associates as soon as possible as space is limited.
· Vietnam and Cambodia Land Tour deposit (Option A or Option C): $1,000 per person
· Cambodia Land Tour Only deposit (Option B): $500 per person
Final land tour payment will be due July 15, 2020.

Land Tour Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
· Deposits are non-refundable once paid
· Cancellation after July 15, 2020: No refund

A $400 per person cruise deposit payable to AmaWaterways is due within 7 days of cruise booking, refundable less a $200 administrative fee if canceled within 121+ days prior to sailing. Final cruise payment is due 90 days prior to sailing on August 18, 2020 after which cruise cancellation penalties will apply.

Itinerary Changes
Itinerary is subject to modification due to weather, flight or activity schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.  Rest assured that any changes will be made with the best interest, comfort and general welfare of our group.

Mei-mei Zane ’84 Engel
Mei-mei Zane ’84 Engel led Punahou Alumni Travel Program’s trip to Turkey in 2019. An adept and adventurous travel leader, Mei-mei has built relationships with local vendors and villagers across the world to bring bespoke experiences to Punahou alumni not available elsewhere. She has led tours to Turkey, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Sicily, Ireland, Greece, Switzerland, Netherlands, Hungary, Czech Republic and elsewhere since 2012.
